Product Description

  

Qualified billet will be lifted to charging roller table to arrive at furnace end of reheating furnace, and then to be pushed into furnace by billet pusher for heating. When the billet temperature reaches 1150-1250°C, billet will be pushed out of furnace by billet-out device; via furnace out roller table and working roller table before rolling mill, billet will go to Φ400×3+Φ400×2 rough rolling mill for 5 passes of continuous rolling; and then enters φ350×2×3 intermediate rolling mill for 6 passes of continuous rolling. There is one set of side loop between rough rolling mill and intermediate rolling mill; and there is one set of 1# end-cropping flying shear between Φ350×2 and Φ350×2×2 intermediate rolling mill group. Through 2# end-cropping flying shear, the rolling part goes to φ300×2×3 finish rolling mill group I for 6 passes of rolling. There are two sets of vertical loop among finish rolling mill group I. The finished deformed bar products will go through heat treatment device and be cut by multiple-length flying shear and then arrive to cooling bed for cooling by cooling bed entering device; After cooling, by exit device, the products will be transferred to runout roller table of cooling bed, and then go to cut-to-length shear. After cut-to-length cutting and inspection, the final products will be transferred to final product span and being collected, bundled, weighed, labeled and finally stored.

After finish rolling mill group I, the rolling part will be transferred to Φ300×2×2 finish rolling mill group II by guiding pipe for 4 passes of rolling. Then final Φ6, Φ8 round steel will go through loop laying head to become loop shape. The loop will be cooled in heat-radiating roller table. There is one set of vertical loop among finish rolling mill group II. Finally it will be collected,coiled, bundled, weighed, labeled and stored.
